By purchasing anything from CARTER STREET KITCHEN. you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions.

These Include:

• No refunds or return unless CARTER STREET KITCHEN grants an exception. 
• All prices are excluding GST. 
• All prices advertised on the SHOP page are quoted for direct pickup only. Delivery outside the specific range or without prior communication with CSKitchen is extra and can be added on upon checkout. 
• Non-local Deliveries made are ran by a third-party company.
  CARTER STREET KITCHEN takes no responsibility for wrong delivery addresses upon checkout even if you message us personally to change. Delivery times are not guaranteed and take no responsibility for third party couriers. 
• Shipping available for goodies within the Brisbane and QLD region only.
• CARTER STREET KITCHEN takes no responsibility for damaged goods on arrival however, we will ensure this is avoided due to our protective packaging. 
• If delivery is selected upon checkout, please ensure you select the relevant LGA area - no refunds for selecting the wrong LGA.
• All orders may take anywhere between 2-7 business days (even when paying express)
• There may be traces of nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten in all stages of prepping and making - please advise us if you have an allergy in the notes section on your order.  
• CARTER STREET KITCHEN is fully registered, insured and has relevant qualifications to trade.
